People conveniently forget that for many years OEM Z32 brakes were used as DIY BBK's for lighter weight sportscars running the same size wheel/tire packages as 99% of Z owners. All else equal, the decrease in weight on these cars results in less heat needing to be dissipated, it was never an issue of braking force or pedal feel or any of that, the OEM brakes entire shortfall is they cannot manage the heat generated by the car the weight of the Z32 at the speeds Z32's can reach in track lapping situations....put them on a significantly lighter car though and you have a different perception of the Z32 stock brakes
